Membership in self-regulatory organisations is mandatory for financial companies.

The Company is included in the Unified Register in respect of the following activities:

• brokerage,
• dealer,
• securities management,
• depositary,

• investment counselling,
• activities of specialised depositories,
• the activities of registrars.

Members are legal entities, in respect of investment advisory activities - legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, in respect of asset management activities - legal entities and joint stock funds.
